| Uniting Technology and Tradition | Although our craftsmen use many traditional tools and ancient techniques in their work, our management technology is strictly cutting-edge. Using laptop PCs with modems, our overseas staff and suppliers communicate daily progress via the Internet to the project managers in our office from all over the world. This direct communication allows for timely decisions to be made, status to be checked, and budgets to be constantly updated. We also use the Internet to track the progress of our containers across the ocean, giving us highly accurate arrival dates for shipments. ![]() Traditional Stonecutting Tools |

Shop Drawings |
Our designers use CAD and onsite plotters to output shop drawings quickly. Using CAD means it is easy for us to rapidly accommodate design changes and pass them onto our manufacturers overseas. When the design and shop drawings
are done, our overseas fabrication facilities manufacture the pieces. Our clients have the option of
air freighting mock-ups of their project over to the job site for approval and
fine tuning before the final work is done. Once the pieces are fabricated, our overseas agents inspect the work and make sure it is to spec. The pieces are then carefully crated and palletized for shipment by ocean freight.

| Freight Times |
Using overseas manufacturing requires scheduling and planning for additional freight time:
Materials can be shipped to any location in the US. Freight costs are quoted separately from the closest west coast port. |
